Born in Bolivia to parents of Spanish origin, Marisol Raposo founded Paella Marisol in 2010. Her sons, Victor and Krolos, soon joined the family adventure.
What started as a paella catering business became much more: food festivals every year, a range of Spanish products, the 1-2-3 Olé products in grocery stores and our restaurant in Villeray.
